By participating in any photography, video, or media production conducted by Onceptual Media Inc., all individuals appearing in the content (including models, talent, clients, or participants) acknowledge and agree that:

A signed Model Release Form may be required prior to or at the time of production
The release grants Onceptual Media Inc. and its clients the right to capture, use, reproduce, and display the individual’s likeness, image, voice, and performance
Use may include, but is not limited to, portfolios, websites, social media, advertising, editorial, promotional, and marketing materials

If the individual is under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must sign the release.

7. Media Usage Rights and Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Onceptual Media Inc. retains copyright ownership of all produced content
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered media for the purposes outlined in their agreement
Usage rights may be limited by duration, territory, medium, or campaign scope

Any additional usage, resale, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution requires prior written approval and may incur additional fees.

8. Client-Supplied Content

Clients represent and warrant that they own or have legal rights to any materials provided to Onceptual Media Inc.
Clients agree to indemnify Onceptual Media Inc. against claims arising from unauthorized or infringing content supplied by the client.

9. Data Protection and GDPR

Personal data collected during production, including images and video containing identifiable individuals, is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR where applicable.

Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, subject to contractual and legal limitations related to media usage rights.

10. International Data Transfers

Personal information and media assets may be stored or processed in Canada or other jurisdictions. Appropriate safeguards are used when transferring data internationally.

11. Payments and Fees
